    Terry's Flooring installed laminate and it has started lifting in the hallway. Called them. First we had problems just trying to make contact with them. When we finally did they said they would come and fix it. Set an appointment, did not show up. I then called and they stated they had no one to come out and fix it.
    BAD BUSINESS! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! Poor business ethics, bad customer service, and no professionalism at all.
    And what is worse, is that Lowes contracts with this company. NOT GOOD!
